Customized my blog, but it will not change

  I customized my blog and I really love the way it looks, but the background picture I chose will not show up behind the actual blog. I can see it in the preview and everything else changed, but not the background. Help?

  Make sure you are logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog. Then navigate to > Dashboard > Appearance > Background and follow these instructions https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/custom-backgrounds/
