  If I wanted to use my own theme for the website, where could I download it? I can’t find the appearance tab.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  At WordPress.com you are restricted to the themes available here. You cannot download your own theme.

  You can find the available themes here: https://wordpress.com/themes/

  If you are interested in using your own theme, you will want to consider the WordPress.org version of WordPress, hosted at a web host.
