Customized Theme and Real One and not same

  i have a little problems when changing theme, previously i use theme inove and i change theme to mystique its normal, but when i customize mystique theme at wp-admin it changed what i really want and i open new page on browser ; it still mystique theme default and not customized like at i see at wp-admin. Ive tried to clean cache and open new broser and i wait for 1 day … there is no change what i want like at wp-admin that i customized.
