Customized video embedding?

  Hi!

  I’ve just started setting up my WordPress.com site and I’m attempting to embed some videos from YouTube. I need a way to change the look of the player to match my theme – mostly it’s an issue of matching the color, but I also need the autohide and modest branding parameters. However, it seems that regardless of the code I enter, it becomes simplified and looks like an ordinary YouTube embed. What am I doing wrong?
