    It says I need a higher level of permission to open the customizer?

    Please make sure you’re signed in to the correct account when trying to work on grandmacandice.blog. You’ll need to be signed in to cae5754.

    Click on My Sites – Customizer

    Write back if you are still having trouble. My next suggestion would be to try and use a different browser and see if things work better.
