Customizer – Additional CSS not rendering in preview

Hi – I have been attempting to alter the background colour of the submenus by using the css customizer but I can get it to render in the preview. I cleared the cache, published to try and push it through but not sure why its not happening. (developer newby)

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
