Customizer Blank

  I am new to wordpress and am very confused as to why my customizer wont work properly. It shows the left side bar but the page is blank… Im not sure what to do and am getting pretty frustrated

  I am experiencing the same thing. It says that it is ‘loading’ but nothing happens. Using Win7, Firefox 34, and the Chateau theme. I’d love to upload a custom header (which this theme supports) but cannot find a way to do it if the Customize feature won’t load.

  I’ve found the Customizer sometimes gets stuck if my connection is slow, so try resetting your modem/router and see if that helps. It won’t hurt to clear your browser cache and cookies either (http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/). Also check whether the customizer loads if you use a different browser.

  If that doesn’t work, let us know.
