customizer changes not showing on live site

  Why are changes I make in Customizer are not saving or showing on live site?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It could be browser cache issue. Clear the browser cache and cookies.

  Hi – for example, when I upload a logo and save, it appears fine on the preview. But it has not been saved. I checked the code on the live site and compared it to the preview, and there is no code where the img tag should be. Also, fonts and colours – changed fine on the Customizer and preview pages, but nothing changes on the live site. I’ve been using WP for 15+ years and I am stumped by this. On my test site (another WP.com site) everything works as it should.

  I shoud say, everything on the test site is the same. Both Themes work fine there (the one I am trying to ditch – Dara – and the one I want to change to – Dyad 2.

  The only thing that is different on the client’s site (from when I worked on it before) is that she recently upgraded her plan from Personal to Premium. Other than that, nothing else different.

  OK I got help from a Happiness Engineer and it was a stupid mistake my end, so all good now, thanks!
