Customizer does not load

I can’t edit my menus because when I click Customize, I am always getting

. Last year it worked alright.

Hi there,
Please log out, and then reset your modem/router and restart your system. Does the Customizer still fail to load?
If possible, also check if it loads if you use a different internet connection, and also please check for me if you’re able to load it if you log into the browser interface. Also check

A few things to try:
– Be sure you’re running the lastest version of your browser
– Try a different browser
– Try turning off all browser extensions temporarily to see if something is interfering
There’s no need to restart your modem or router.
As a backup, menus can also be edited in the WP Admin area here:
