Customizer isn't saving my changes

I am using the free theme Snaps. When I go into the customizer and make changes to the font size for the header it won’t show it when I view my site but when I go back into the customizer it shows the changes I made. Any tips or help would be much appreciated!

Are you sure you’re using Snaps? It seems to me that you’re using Hemingway Rewritten.
What size are you wanting it to be? As I see it, it’s 30px.
Make sure that you’ve cleared your cache. Try the troubleshooting suggestions in this support document, especially the cookie and cache clearing: http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/ .
Also, if you have another browser installed on your computer, try that to see if the issue is related to just that one browser.
When using the theme customizer please be sure you are using one of the browsers and versions found here http://browsehappy.com and also be sure you have enabled third party cookies. http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/
Finally, did you purchase a Premium Plan? If you’ve modified the CSS directly, it could be overriding the Customizer inputs.
