customizer issues

Hi, I’m trying to get to the customizer when I go to https://wordpress.com/customize/solutionsbusinessnetwork.net it says the customizing tools did not load correctly. I have tried it in different browsers but I get the same error. How do I fix it?

Does the issue continue if you try from a different internet connection? Like at work, school, or a coffee shop?

i don’t know. My office is in my home so I really dont use different internet connection.
Is there a different way of finding the css file in a wordpress file?

Have you recently disconnected your Jetpack connection? Or updated it? You need Jetpack to connect your self hosted site to the WordPress.com dashboard but it is not connected right now.
