Customizer Janice funktioniert nicht

  Hallo,

  Ich habe heute das Thema ‘Janice’ gekauft und würde den Blog gerne anpassen.
  Leider kreiselt der Customizer ununterbrochen.
  Am Anfang konnte ich es noch öffnen, aber jetzt funktioniert es leider nicht mehr. Ich habe es auf dem Laptop, iPad und iMac probiert, aber überall kreiselt es. Cookies habe ich überprüft und ebenfalls verschiedene Browser probiert.

  Gibt es ein allgemeines Problem oder hat jmd. noch eine Idee?

  There appears to be an issue with the customizer affecting some blogs. I have tagged this thread for Staff support. Please be patient while waiting.

  Hi @kopfherzpupmps, actually it looks like your domain isn’t mapped properly, and that’s causing some trouble with customization. You’re using a forwarder instead of having the domain point to our name servers. It’s breaking this and likely causing other problems on your site too.

  Please log into your domain provider and update the nameserver settings to point here:

  ns1.wordpress.com
  ns2.wordpress.com
  ns3.wordpress.com

  After that, wait 4-6 hours and everything should work much better. Cheers!
