Customizer keeps crashing

  Every time I try to open the customizer it says there was a problem with the page and just never loads. I Google searched this with unclear troubleshooting options. I am using an iPad and went and cleared the cache for safari as one link suggested. I just can’t figure it out. It’s confusing because it worked for the past few days.
  Any help with troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated.

  Hey there!

  I’d like you to try out three things for me:

  1. Attempt the same process in your Chrome app and let me know if the same the occurs. If you don’t yet have Chrome, you can download it for free in your App store.
  2. Next, make sure that your OS and Safari app are completely up to date. Your iOS should be 8.1.2 and Safari should be Mobile Safari 8. Once that is confirmed, please do a restart of your iPad, and re-open Safari.
  3. Finally, click directly on this link to your Customizer, and let me know if this changes anything for you:

  Thanks for the response!
  Ok, so I have recently updated my iPad and everything is up to date so that is def. not a problem, however I shut down and restarted to no avail. I also installed chrome, and bizarrely it made it MUCH worse. The entire browser crashed anytime I even thought about touching the customizer. The link you gave me at least let me into the customizer, but only for a moment before freezing up and telling me there was a problem. Yikes!

  Hey there!

  Thank you for following all those steps, and getting back to me. I’ve been trying to recreate your issue on an iPad, but haven’t been able to yet. What iPad model are you using?

  Also, thanks for trying that link to the Customizer. Will you please try the new link to the Customizer and let me know if that changes your experience? Here it is:

  Hi! Thank you.
  I am using an iPad 2. The new link into the customizer unfortunately was not successful either.
  I know this an older ipad, but it performs flawlessly for all my tasks. Also, the first few days of trying to get acquainted with this site it worked perfectly. Very strange indeed. Perhaps I’ll give it a go on a regular laptop for now. I do hope that works better!!
