Customizer not working for weweks

I am trying to customise my site using the customizer tool but it keeps saying try again and has for weeks. Please can you advise as I cant do anything.

1) I haven’t “waited weeks for help” I’ve spoken to customer services who can’t help hence posting on here so no need to be like that.
2) thanks for the advise that was all I wanted.

If you have already contacted Staff then posting here won’t change whatever they told you.

They told me to post on here and ask as they weren’t sure. I don’t understand why you are being so rude if you have nothing productive to say then why are you posting?

re: Getting WordPress.com Support https://en.support.wordpress.com/help-support-options/ I have spent 11 years voluntarily answering support questions here and I’m sorry you interpreted my response in a negative way. I was not being rude at all. I was attempting to assist you (1) by pointing out that if the customizer does not work for you then you have a browser related issue and (2) how to deal with browser related issues.

@justmekellymarie sorry for the trouble. Were you talking to our staff before? It looks like this is your first interaction with us on this account.
So I double checked your account; your customizer is loading up alright from this end. Can you tell me what browser you’re using? (IE, Chrome, Safari, etc.) or whether you are using one of our mobile or desktop apps?
