Customizer Save and Publish Button Problem

  Hi I am new to wordpress, I can’t see the save and publish button in any of my wordpress sites. I have tried zooming in and out of the screen, removing my windows toolbar at the top and bottom of my desktop and I still cant locate it. Please help what am I doing wrong. I cant see the cancel button either.

  Hi I have discovered that this is a problem with my Chrome browser. There is a black bar at the top that is preventing me from seeing the save and publish button. I can see it when I use my Edge browser. How do I remove this black bar. I tried using an extension from the chrome web store called black bar removal and this didn’t work.
