Customizer stopped working

  Am trying to further customize a free theme. Customizer just stopped working. Its menu items appear at first but vanish when I click one. Instead a link appears offering a help screen for the theme. Any idea what’s wrong?

  Are you still having issues with the Customizer?

  Does it work if you try directly from here: https://roseomaha.wordpress.com/wp-admin/customize.php

  If not, please share your browser type and version. That information can be found at https://supportdetails.com/ Or are you working in the desktop app instead?

  Hello. I have the same problem. It started a few days ago. I manage three blogs and this happens with only one of the three.
  Please I need help.

  I keep gettng redirected to this page…and it’s blank.

  Thanks, lizkarkoski, for the suggestions. My problem has vanished as mysteriously as it appeared.

  The Customizer definitely had stopped working. I tried repeatedly over a couple of days to get it working again without success. I was working via a Safari browser v. 10.0.2, using the interface that wordpress.com presented me (is that what you mean by the “desktop app”?)

  In any case, I later tried on a different machine using Windows Explorer. Success! I was customizing once again. Then I tried the link you provided. Success again! Then I retried the original Safari browser. Success yet again.

  Don’t know how, but the problem appears to be fixed.
