The customizer tools won’t open for me, it keeps telling me it didn’t load properly. I’m on Windows And I updated the Silver light program as it was out of date.

Thanks for getting back to me. Yes that is the correct website.
When I try to Personalize my Themes, I click on Customize, it says – Loading the Customizer and then the following message appears; Sorry, the Customizing Tools, did not load properly. There’s a button underneath to Try Again but the same problem keeps happening.
I’m on Windows 7 Home Premium.

I believe you may have to update your software to Windows 10.
Apparently you can also still upgrade Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Pro by using a product key from a previous business edition of Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 (Pro/Ultimate).

Is this issue in regards to the site sharonfriel.wordpress.com? Also, have you tried loading the customizer in a different browser with the same results? If not, please try loading the customizer and let me know if you are successful.
