customizer tool not working

  I am trying to remove the text widget underneath the image on my home page, but the customizer tool is not working. also, how do i change the font size and style of the header on my home page?

  Try clearing your browser cache: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache
  Then sign out + back in to your WordPress.com user account.

  I’ve removed the text widget for you.

  Click on My Sites > Pages > Home > Edit
