customizer unable to load

I have just started a new blog and is trying to customize the theme. I have been put off by wordpress for a few years now due to the less user friendly interface. Recently, I took a look and decided to give it a shot. BUt now I am having an issue to load the customizer. I have signed out, restarted my pc.. and done almost everything I can think of, but it still gives me the same message. Failed to load customizer , try again later. (Maybe you want me to wait another 5 years like I did before?). But I guess, it could just be a link issue, or whatever. Kindly advise what I should do or help fix the bug. Thanks.

Let’s figure this out together. Thanks for sharing your error message in your initial post.
If I login as you and click My Sites in the upper left corner. Once the dashboard loads, I scroll down to Themes and click on the Customize box next to it. The Customizer loads well for me.
How’s your connection?
Does the issue persist if you try to access your customizer in a different browser? Are you able to access it from this link?
