customizer won't load in Sketch
-
Hi,
Is anyone else having a problem with the ‘customizer’ feature? I’m using the free version of ‘Sketch’ and it won’t load. I’ve tried refreshing, I’ve tried logging out, I’ve checked my internet connection, I don’t have any other competing internet activities sucking up bandwidth. Any suggestions? Thanks! -
What is the URL starting with http:// of the site you are referring to?
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

Thanks! I’ll check out the links.
I’m in wordpress.com. I setting up a blog using the free version of the Sketch template and wanted to remove the “Blog at WordPress.com. Featured image by __MaRiNa__. (available under CC-BY-2.0) The Sketch Theme.” text that’s in the footer.
The only instructions I can find on executing that action refer to an “Editor” option in the “Appearances” section – but the version that I have doesn’t have an “editor” option.
