Is there a way to customize your blog (other than background and header) without paying? cause i want it to look at least a little personalized, but i can’t afford to pay.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you know or learn a little bit about html inline coding, then you can add borders, background colors, font colors and sizes to individual posts.
Look here at some info about codes for text widgets (which you can also use in posts), and for formatting text. A search of that blog will explain how to make borders and backgrounds for individual posts.
