  When I customize my page it won’t actually save it like it says it will or does I have tried it on everything to fix it but no luck

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  Have you tried clearing your cache? You’ll want to clear your cache browser side (methods for clearing the cache for each browser type can be found here: http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/) and server side (if you have a caching plugin on your site). Also take a look here for more info: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-wordpress-website-not-updating-right-away/

  If you’re still not seeing the proper changes, let us know a bit more detail such as:

  – What you are trying to change and what are you seeing?
  – What browser are you using?
  – What theme are you using?

  @kvngky – in order to save some changes, you may need to purchase the Premium Bundle, which includes the Custom Design Upgrade. See here:

  If you are simply trying to change your site’s background color, when you are in the Customizer’s Colors & Backgrounds section, click the link that says “exit the preview” and the Customizer should reload and allow you to change your theme’s background.

  @sfarley85 – These forums are for sites hosted on WordPress.com. Referring users to information that is meant for self-hosted sites running the standalone WP software with any associated plugins can be irrelevant and confusing.
