  Every time I click on customize, it says the customize tools did not load correctly
  this has happened numerous times and is very frustrating…. help!

  Hi,

  A few things to try:

  – Be sure your browser is up to date and running the latest version

  – Try a different browser

  – Try turning off all browser extensions temporarily to see if something is interfering

  If this doesn’t help you could also try clearing your browser cache as explained here:
