  I’ve tried following the help menu for this, but I cannot figure out how to add tabs across the top of my page that say: Home, About, and Contact. I also can’t make the title of my website any smaller.

  I think what you are looking to create are pages. These would be listed across the top.

  I also see you are using the tonal theme. If you click on the circle in the top right, your pages get displayed including ones that say Home, About or Contact.

  To answer your second question, it appears the title of your website is the default size for the theme.

  If your purchase the CSS upgrade you can edit the size of the site-title to reflect the size you want.
