Customizing a header

  I chose a new layout and proceeded to customize the headers. I created a new header in Photoshop and made it to the precise dimensions. I went to Presentations. Customize Header and downloaded the new image. It shows up on that page as a rectangle of grey. Any suggestions?

  What is the URL of the uploaded image? And what is the blog? Can’t help you if we can’t see it.
