customizing a Jetpack module

  Hi,
  …i want to make really little customization within the Subscriptions-Module (subscriptions.php). Is there a way to simply overwrite it by putting my custom subscriptions.php file into wordpress my theme folder? It would be great if someone could tell me the correct file structure or help me in any other way !
