Customizing and setting up my page
-
I am really frustrated and struggling to set up my webpage. I am looking to set up a blog, with the possibility of adding a storefront in the future. I would also like to be able to use the fonts, logos, and brand colors that correspond with my brand. When I try to edit my page I am pretty limited within the template.
How do I go about changing text font, size and color?
How do I add my own images and designs?I am brand new to this platform and would really appreciate help getting started

Hey there,
Many thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear of your frustration there.
I can see a logo has been added to the site, which is a good step forward. With regards to fonts and colours, these can be changed on the premium plan.
That aside, I think theme selection is the root of the frustration here, and so I think this is where the focus should be going forward – especially if you’re looking to build an online store.
Is there a site out there you like the look of? We can perhaps make some suggestions on how you can work toward something similar. We can also suggest a theme that has been built with an online store in mind, so this would also be good future proofing for the site in general.
To note, in order to run an online store, at a minimum the business plan would be required. This is a good guide on how to get started with an online store: https://wordpress.com/support/ecommerce/
Lastly, I’d like to mention the Built By WordPress.com service we provide, where we can build the site for you: https://wordpress.com/built-by-wordpress-com/ – I mention this as it looks like some time has already gone into the current site, and we could save you time.
I hope this is all useful information, and I’m looking forward to hearing more about the sites you like the look of.
