Customizing appearance gray links images at far right of menu

  These look burned in, and link automatically to our pages. Fine. But the example on the page shows that these can be changed to social links. Can we control that? Is there CSS if not we could plug in and how? I am NOT talking about links on left side of nav that are chanegable to words. :)
