Customizing Background Image

  They say, that customizing is simple. However, the Academica theme chosen, I can see a full width picture in the sample. Nothing of the kind in my case. – After turning to the Custom Menu (Appearance) and having uploaded a picture, I can see it nowhere. How come?

  300px × 214px

  Do you think that the image has insufficient dimensions to be stretched out at the full theme width?
