Customizing Clean Home Theme's CSS

I would like to get the CSS needed in order to delete all the thin rules surrounding the content and sidebar areas of my themes pages. I would also like to know the CSS that would take those bullet points away from the previous blog post links in the sidebar/widget area. Thanks so much!
