Customizing Confit freezes in 'saving changes'

Hello!
I’ve searched high and low but no answers to my issue:When I go to customize the background photo on the Confit Theme, it allows me to upload a new photo, but when I click ‘save’ it it gets stuck in the ‘saving changes’ sidebar message and the background image never changes (even though it shows up as the new image while on the customization page).

The white/grey cloud photo is the first one I uploaded and was able to set as the background image; since then I’ve tried to change it many times with different images and always just get the unending ‘saving changes’ message.Is this a known issue?
By the way, I WAS able to change and save other items in customization, like the menu and the post page and setting the static homepage. But the ‘saving changes’ message never goes away.

Howdy! Often this is an issue with your browser cache. Can you try some of the tips here, please, if you haven’t already?

Ok, I cleared my cache and cookies in Chrome (the browser I always use).
Tried again, same issue. Still freezes on “saving changes” when I try to change the background (even if I choose one of the pre-loaded prints rather than a photo).
I tried Safari and got the same “saving changes…” freeze.

I’ll try switching to Dusk til Dawn and then back to Confit and see if that shakes things up at all…

So I activated Dusk to Dawn and when I view the blog http://filipalasabrosa.wordpress.com/
the new theme is active… but I’m getting that SAME unending ‘saving changes’ message on the right sidebar.Again, this happens in both Chrome and Safari.

Howdy! Can you try this using a computer that’s connected to a different network and see if the problem persists? This way we can rule out a network-specific issue.

Did you purchase a cusom design upgrade?
No changes you try out aside from those such as Custom Background, Custom Header and Theme Options which are stated on the theme description pages for each theme will be visible to visitors unless you purchase an annually renewable custom design upgrade?

i use confit theme and by backgroundpictur iupload it freezes. -

You do not appear to have a custom design upgrade so why are you using the theme customizer at all?NOTE: If you do not have a CSS upgrade then skip using the theme customizer. All of the very same functions can be accessed from your dashboard.
