Customizing embedded video?

    I’m having trouble getting embedded youtube videos to format the way they are supposed to. I have followed the instructions for appending &w=320&h=240 and most of the time it does not resize. The &rel=0 append does not disable related videos at the end.

    I’m stumped for ideas for what else I could do to make it work. I’m on wp.com with novo theme.

    Any advice?
