Customizing Front Page

  I would like to have the Front Page as a Menu consisting only of a Category (instead of a Page where I cannot add posts).
  Is it possible?
  And also, how do I delete a sub-category from a Categories list?

  You can follow the steps here to set a Category menu item:

  But can you clarify what you mean by “front page as a menu” – what do you want your homepage to look like when you have visitors and where do you want your blog posts to show? Once we have that information we’ll be better able to advise. If you have links to pages that have those examples, that would help as well.

  To delete a category from your list, you can go to your Categories list, hover over the sub-category you want to remove, and click the delete link.
