Customizing Header

    Dear all

I am trying to customize my header with pictures of my own. Initially it was working perfectly. I uploaded pictures successfully and was cropping the header, selecting the image and it was fine. The same process is not working since last three days.

Can some one please look into it and help?

    Many thanks and regards

Can you be more specific about the nature of the failure?

    1. Picture from my computer is uploaded.
    2. It is cropped by using Word press selection arrows
    3. Message appears: Your header has been succesfully changed and now you can visit site to see the new header.
    4. However, when i visit site, the same header re-appears i.e. header remains the previous one.

Now tell me what the old header looked like, and what the new header you’re trying to load looks like. Because this could just be a caching issue for which the solution is the Cookie Dance: log out, clear browser cache and cookies, restart computer.

I see just the standard Ocean Mist header image on http://wisdomfrombooks.wordpress.com/ Is this the blog we’re talking about?

Also, what file type is the image? How large is it? Have you tried cropping it to size prior to uploading? If not, do so and rename it, then try to upload it. The cropper is fiddly lately.

Thanks for your help and support. Let me clean up cookies, log out and do what you have mentioned. Yes, it is ocean mist image and i uploaded some nature picture on it. It was a jpeg file, cropped properly. I tried to even upload a greenry picture given by word press. Let me try by cleaning cookies, re-logging and will tell
