Customizing header and footer part same as my website

  Hi, currently iam using Contempt theme for my blog http://sosolb.wordpress.com. I tried to customize the header and footer part to look like same as our web site http://www.sosonlinebackup.com. Some how i managed to get header part to come close to my web page, but could’t able proceed further with the footer part..can anyone guide me how to customize the footer part to look like same as my web page. Thanx

  Regarding the footer links to the the theme designer and to wordpress.com in free hosted wordpress.com blogs please be aware that we are NOT allowed to remove or hide them via CSS editing. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/changes-to-blog-footer?replies=12#post-556774

  Adding stuff to the footer is difficult since the only way to actually do it is to use pseudo selectors, and Internet Explorer does not recognize them (at least up through IE8) so a big portion of the webbing public will not see the changes.

  This is a good bit of futzing, but you can achieve a similar look by putting the stuff into text widgets and then repositioning them down and into the footer area.
