Customizing Hueman

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hi!

    I’m trying to resize the right column on the hueman-theme. My problem is that when I resize the right column, the content to the left of it doesnt fill the space left by the sidebar.

    Here is the site: http://merfotball.com/wordpress/

    Thanks in advance,

    Andreas

    1) Is there a way to change the default space between menu items horizontally? I tried putting different values in for the following css and put it into my custom.css file, but it didn’t change anything:
    .nav > li > a { padding: 15px 14px; }

    2) The other menu question is how to best change the size and/or color of the font of one menu item. On my site, I wanted to do this on the menu item: The Missing Link, and was able to do it in version 1.2.1, by finding the id attribute of that menu item and changing it in the custom.css file, but in 2.1, I haven’t been able to do it through the custom.css file.

    my site is http://www.the-empowered-brain.com.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks,
    Gregory MacKay
