Customizing issue; No way to resolve the issue

I’m trying to customize my blog, but every theme that I pick to customize and it lets me customize it how I want it but when I select save nothing happens. On the sidebar it says ‘saving changes’ but it stays that way, so then I refresh my browser and I try again but the issue still occurs. If someone could, please respond at the earliest convenience , I would really appreciate it.

When using the theme customizer please be sure you are using one of the browsers and versions found here http://browsehappy.com and also be sure you have enabled third party cookies. http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/
NOTE: I do not use the theme customizer. All of the very same functions can be accessed from your dashboard.
Appearance > Header
Appearance > Background
Appearance > Theme Options (applicable only to some themes)
Settings > Reading (set a static front page)
Site Title and Tagline > Settings > GeneralDo understand that no changes you try out aside from those such as Custom Background, Custom Header and Theme Options which are stated on the theme description pages for each theme will be visible to visitors unless you purchase an annually renewable custom design upgrade?

It looks like you are using the preview mode for the Custom Design upgrade which is a paid upgrade. Some of the settings in that mode will save but they won’t show up on the front end unless you purchase the upgrade.
To go back to the free options, go to Appearance → Themes → Customize → Colors and click the “exit the preview” link in yellow at the top of the panel on the right.
