Customizing menu is not working?

    Appearance -> Menus displays blank ‘Create menu’ .
    I already have customized menus but they do not appears on the menu tab.

    The customized menus are displayed as expected on my blog, so it is not that menu customization information is lost but administration menu is not working.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
