Customizing My Blog

If you look on my blog (it is still a little everywhere I am just starting) I have three columns. One is about, contact me, and my blog. I do not want my blog section going all the way down my page like it is right now. I rather have either my very first blog post there or my very latest one. How do I do this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:

Dashboard → Settings → Reading

Blog pages show at most _ pôsts
Disable infinite scrolling on the same page.
