  Hi there, I am learning WordPress and want to be able to customize my site by amending colours on menus and adding plugins. Do I have to upgrade and pay the yearly fee of $300 to do this???

  You would be able to customize menu colors using CSS on the Premium plan ($96/year).

  The Business plan ($300/year) is the entry point for adding plugins.
