Customizing my title and tagline

  When I tried to change my title and tagline I saved it and it says that it saved but it won’t show up on my blog. I also am having trouble changing the color of the background.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Could you try clearing your browser cache as it might be loading up an old version to save time.
