Customizing Poblems

  Dear Support Team, Dear Bloggers! I tried to customize my theme. Now it says on my page “Sorry we couldn’t find what you where looking for..” And I can’t customize my Theme any further. Maybe I did something, which caused a hick up, but each time I click the customize button, the page tries to load, but the screen stays with “Loading Customizing Tools”. I tried already to clear cookies, cache etc. I changed the theme, but encountered the same problem. Changed it back, the problem stayed. Restarted my computer…What else can I do? Thanks for your help! Esther
