Customizing Search Results Page Layout

    My wordpress blog is happyhealthynomads.com and I need some help customizing the layout of my search results page.

    I added a widget to my home page to search through the blog posts on my site. But when results are shown from the search the layout looks terrible and i cant figure out how to customize the page.

    I have seen in some other articles to go to Appearance -> Editor but it seems that the Editor is also missing from my site

    So I was just wondering if the editor is where I can customize the search results page or if I have to look somewhere else
