customizing sidebar

  hey everyone,

  i’ve finally decided to make the switch to wordpress and am excited about it. i’ve gotten to work on the new site by installing a minimal theme, which i’ve done some customizing of … now, there are a few unknowns here.

  when i go to my main page, i have the sidebar that i want to use for the site … but, when i go to the other pages, the sidebar changes to this strange “pages / links” thing. does anybody know how to can maintain consistency throughout the site and not have all this mumbojumbo about??

  i know i’ve still got a lot of work and i’m still just getting my head around things here at wp word … so any help would be appreciated, or any ideas/suggestions too!

  You need to be over at WordPress.org; this site is for WordPress.com hosted blogs, and since it’s a multiuser platform our parameters here are very different. They can help you over there.
