Customizing subject of email notification
-
The wordpress account has 3 contact forms using the constant contact forms plugin currently:
Email My Voucher
Email Inquiry
eNewsletter SignupNo matter which form is used, when a submission is made and a notification is sent to the email address designated in WP, the subject line of the notification email is always the same “CONTACT US – from website” (see screenshot If you look in our WP account there are 3 contact forms currently:
Email My Voucher (belongs to the Landing Page)
Petwow.com Email Inquiry (belongs to the main website)
eNewsletter Signup (belongs to the main site)No matter which form is used, when a submission is made and a notification is sent to the email address designated in WP, the subject line of the notification email is always the same “CONTACT US – from website” (see screenshot https://prnt.sc/pr8z8o). In the body of the email it does state the relevant “Form Title”. But we are asking if the actual subject line can be changed? What we are after is to have the subject line for each different contact form submission notification have a different subject line (ex. VOUCHER EMAILED or WEBSITE INQUIRY or ENEWSLETTER SIGNUP).
Thank you!

A constant contact support representative said that it could be a wordpress php file setting? That article wasn’t helpful. Our site is a wordpress.org site with a constant contact plugin installed. Thank you.
