Customizing the automated "publicize" services

  I like being able to automatically publicize my new blog posts on various social media sites, but just having the post title seems super cryptic to me. Is there anyway to customize the automated message? Like instead of just having the post title, have it display something along the lines of “I have a new blogpost, check it out: Title, link”

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Nope. Doing it manually not only allows you to customize the post, but is also far more likely to get it in your friends’ news feeds.
