Customizing the email confirmation website

  I want to change the website the confirmation email points to for my users to confirm their intent on following me by email. A lot of users have complained its counter intuitive and looks like a lot of admin. They just want to click on a confirmation on the website once the follow the link from the email.

  Is their anyway to simplify this screen to a basic link accepting the confirmation and providing a thank you for subscribing?

  This is the email that users receive when they follow your site via email:
  
  They don’t have to click on anything to confirm.
  The only section that is adjustable is the outgoing message. That text can be personalized here:
