Customizing the footer with Business Plan, any help?

    I just switched from premium to business plan, and the main reason is that I want to customize the footer such as adding pages, social media icons ect. My theme called Expound, I chatted with WordPress engineers and they said i need some changes with CSS even after i upgrade to business plan. My website address is: http://www.alkunnash.com. What i’m thinking in now footer like this site: http://www.snopes.com.
    I submitted a lot of things in my current theme and that took a lot of time, and I really like it, so I don’t want to change it to another and start again from zero cause my project already launched. So any help in this, to customize the footer?
