    Hi there,

    Looking at the source code of that website, they appear to be using a custom theme that a designer wrote for them from scratch. There is no way to replicate something like that on WordPress.com, unless you want to hire a designer yourself to completely rewrite your theme’s CSS with custom CSS. Even then you might not be able to achieve the same functionality as appears on that site, as the designer will ONLY be able to edit the CSS, not the HTML, PHP and JavaScript files that control how the theme works. We do not provide support for that type of customization.
