customizing theme

newgenerationigboboy.com is my website. i selected a theme, first of all the website is a personal website for now, it would be upgraded anytime from now. the theme i selected initially was heverr, then i activated business theme the day before yesterday and it was proving difficult to customize. especially header. i want to add an image to the header, but ended up frustrated. dont themes for personal sites feature headers/custom headers?
also i edited the homepage, contact, and about me pages. i deleted the default writings they came with but each time i google search for my site, the default writings on the theme is still there. when i click on it, it loads and then brings out mine own information which i typed on it. pls, how do i resolve this?
    thanks

    Hi,

Please note that on the Personal Plan you have access to basic Live Chat Support. You may find that service easier and faster than using the community support forums.

i want to add an image to the header, but ended up frustrated. dont themes for personal sites feature headers/custom headers?

The plan is not the decisive factor in whether the header image feature is available, the theme is. The Business theme doesn’t include the header image feature. The image at the top of the homepage of the Business demo is a cover image within a Cover Block, inserted into the page as described in the Cover Block support page.

but each time i google search for my site, the default writings on the theme is still there.

When you edit page content and titles on your site, such edits should be immediately reflected on the public page. However, it may take a few days for these changes to be reflected in Google search results. Does that answer this question?

    Hello @ezeheebochinedu

Since Google search engine has already indexed your web-page, it’ll take a little while for the web crawler to re-visit your website again to update your new changes.

All you have to do is make the correct changes and wait for a few days just as @musicdoc1 has suggested.

I hope this clarifies your question.

    Best,
